Motor hates 3 things.

User should be noted what electrical Motor hates 3 things.

1.Water(Moisture)

Moisture makes electricity flow well.

If electricity flows on motor in moisture, it causes fire because the insulation is

destroyed.

2. Dust

Dust well absorbs moisture.

Piled dust is the cause of the breakdown of insulation in the motor.

In addition dust is also a cause of noise if dust come into the bearing. 

So, dust is the cause of shortening the lifetime of the motor.

3. Heat(High Temperature)

Heat of Motor is main cause of insulation breakdown.

Motor’s temperature is defined according to insulation class.

Motor parts’ temperature such as copper wire, tube, lead wire is regulated.

If the user does not follow this insulation regulation, motor’s lifetime is shorten.
