Today I explain what is AC Brake Motor.

1. Structure of Brake Motor

① Brake attached to the rear motor can maintain the load, when power is off.

② It is optimal for emergency brakes and vertical load applications when power source is off.

③ The frequent and instantaneous directional changes are possible. It is possible to make 6 stops per minute with more than 3 seconds of stoppage. 

④ The Motor and brake use the same power source.

FEATURES 

The brake is activated when the power source is turned off.

Shorten overrun. (Overrun times: 2~4 times)

HOLDING TORQUE (0.5~10 kgfcm)

Overrun can shorten by 1~2 times when choosing 

Electromagnetic brake.
